Then he said that the problem is that they can't do it this time because they had closed their programming period for this year and their next programming period is February next year.
This was happening in September. This means that if this company have to do it for me I will have to wait for another seven months before I can make a sale.
I was just starting this new business and therefore could not afford their fees. So I finally gave up and started shopping for another merchant account provider.
